Norfolk Hall is built.

Architect: West & Granger. Built as the home of the Order of the Odd Fellow Norfolk Lodge, no. 48, it is located at 328 Washington Street. The building includes a second floor auditorium that can hold 420 people, which serves as the first home of the Mount Bowdoin Methodist Church until 1901. The building is demolished in 1960.
